Headquartered in the City of Southend, FunkySX are a non-profit, equal opportunity community station. FunkySX is run professionally by volunteers, for the love of music. 

Broadcasting on 103.7FM to Essex, Kent and parts of London and DAB across Edinburgh. Online via multiple platforms and via our FREE to listen FunkySX APP.

Broadcasting on FM to a region of over 2 million across the South East, on DAB and online to a national and global audience. We’re fast growing across social media with over 40k followers and subscribers across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & more.  

Through social media it is evident that we cater for a wide demographic, for all ages, genders, race, religions & sexualities. With a core listener base in the City of Southend, Online, DAB and FM listeners combined, are estimated in the thousands per day.
