Recap’s diverse musical interest centres around House Music these days, specifically Soulful, Disco and Funky House. However he regularly turns up the tempo to really get that party going when it’s time!

In the early 90’s his love for Hardcore and Drum & Bass developed his mixing abilities and you can often catch Recap cutting up old Skool breakbeats on Radio cover shows.

In the late 90’s the UK Garage scene landed and Recap found a love for the vocal 2 step and fourfour beats, making regular appearances on Essex Pirate stations Klass 106.6FM & Force 106.4 FM.

Opportunities came knocking, taking him to Essex & London venues, including The Pleasure Rooms, Pacific Edge & the Aquarium.

Fast forward to 2020 having taken too long a career break, Recap landed a slot on Essex finest, FunkySX 103.7FM.

A big love for Disco and Soulful House has brought opportunities at UK Summer Festivals including New World Fest & Bring The House Down. Also venues such as The Oakleigh, Leigh, The Lounge Bar, Braintree, The Cliffs Pavilion and NDance, formerly Zinc and Box nightclub along Southend’s historic club strip on the Lucy Road.

Music has taken Recap to foreign shores too, Hotel events in Atlanta and headlining at Miami’s La Playa Day Club.
